Social Media Specialist Aranıyor – Realty Group

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our campaigns and day-to-day Real Estate business development operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential Real Estate, email marketing funnel creation, database management, gaining followers, and managing posts.

This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent service and content, as well as oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising.

Responsibilities:

Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
Oversee listing and buyer pipelines and ensure smooth transactions
Complete post close interviews, schedule closing gifts and request online reviews

Qualifications:

Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
Relevant experience creating content and growing social channels at a brand, agency, or editorial media outlet (a focus on decor, design, and lifestyle preferred).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva and/or basic video editing software.
Proficiency in social management tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting clear deliverables and timelines.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work collaboratively with a team.
