Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in client and project management within advertising and brand marketing.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships and engage effectively with agency founders.
- Exceptional skills in managing a diverse team of creatives and account executives.
- Strategic insight and adaptability to navigate evolving project needs and unexpected challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Advanced level English is a plus.
