As a Project Manager, you will be a valued contributor and be instrumental in researching and implementing new ideas, solutions, technologies, and development processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a strong customer focus and ensure regular communication with and accurate reporting to the client
- Understand & identify client needs and translate them into project specifications & internal tasks
- Work closely with design & development teams and ensure compliance with the statement of work and project timeline
- Prepare well-defined instructions and to-do-lists for the design & development team throughout the development.
- Actively participate in UX/UI design processes and prepare UX documentation (information architecture maps, wireframes, use cases, task flows etc.) to be used by design & development teams
- Identify and manage issues and risks
- Perform multiple cycles of internal testing and issue resolution with the development team.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Effective verbal and written communication ability in both Turkish & English
- Good understanding of software analysis methodologies and tools
- Good understanding of major web and mobile software development technologies
- Strong interest in user experience and user interface design processes
- Must be able to travel nationally and internationally
- No military obligation for a male candidate
Pluses
- Experience as a web/mobile/software developer is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology
