ikas, Product Manager
ikas is a global commerce platform designed for SMB’s. We enable retailers to manage their physical, marketplace and e-commerce stores from single point of source seamlessly.Our dream Product Manager will be working closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Growth teams to ensure that we’re creating the best possible product that market and our customers would expect.
Responsibilities
- Developing product strategy and roadmap based on user needs and strategic opportunities
- Owning products end-to-end: Driving cross-functional execution, educating and collaborating with Customer Success, Inside Sales and Growth teams, frequently communicating insights with the company
- Creating wire diagrams, wireframes and prototypes; write user stories and create backlog regarding the product requirements.
- Being the voice of the user within the company through research and regular interaction with users
- Helping shape the product development workflow, improving how product managers, designers and engineers all work together
- Responding to daily questions and feedback from users
- The “Customer” will be at the centre of the business so understanding customer needs and expectations clearly via several tools and methodologies will be significant.
- Lead agile product teams whose only target is to constantly deliver customer value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Engineering background and/or advanced knowledge of CS engineering
- Strong problem solving ability, making trade-offs to maximize user value with the least amount of work
- Strong sense of design, ability to own important user interactions with attention to detail
- Technical understanding of complex web and cloud architectures
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS
