Description:

Barter provides an immense online marketplace for companies to barter their products and services with other companies. Garanti Barter, as a leading company of this sector in Turkey was established in 2004.

We are looking for a “Product Owner” to be responsible for the development of our in-house Barter system software and other software projects.

Whom we are looking for:

· 5 years of relevant experience,

· University degree in a numerate subject,

· Good communication skills,

· An intermediate level of English,

Big Plus if You Have:

· Software development experience in the past.

· Knowledge about front-end, back-end, mobile application, web application software development process.

· E-commerce, B2B, B2C domain expertise,

· Agile / Scrum process experience,

· If you ever involved with UX, interaction, mockup,

· If you ever wrote SQL queries,

· Knowledge about software development trends,

· If you are knowledgeable about software architecture,

What we expect from you:

· Documents technical story and process details after reviewing with development team

· Owns, assigns and clarifies technical requirements.

· Key-person for technical questions.

· Works with UX to create feature mockups.

· To communicate with peers and other stakeholders.

· Leads backlog grooming and creates/assigns stories to technical team members.

· To stand with users in any discussion.

· Learn the behaviors of the user base, understand their problems, inform the team and stakeholders.

· Understand the real needs behind business requests, suggest solutions.

· Be involved with all phases of software development (analysis, design, deployment).

· Work on sprints, help tech teams to understand the issue, guide the group towards making-the-right-decisions.
